Serious core character flaws..
These examples illustrate Ron Rubadeau's serious core character flaws...his inability to present things honestly, accurately, fairly & without manipulation. He mishandled the dismissal of Custodian Ken Fisher in the same flawed manner & then claims that Fisher's allegations have not been sustained. It is sad that SD #23 in Kelowna has a Superintendent lacking ethics & morals.
