More SD #23 Money Wasted

This beautiful 125 page fully colour illustrated book on cats is another of the many good books that was rescued from SD #23 trash dumpsters. Such a waste of SD #23 money. These books could have been sold off to raise money or given to charities or youth groups. SD #23 needs a policy in place to ensure that these books are returned to be repaired, sold or given to charities not thrown in the trash.
